Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what assessment he has made of the resources required to conduct the additional enforcement activity provided for in the Offensive Weapons Act 2019.

We will shortly be publishing the final Impact Assessment to accompany the Offensive Weapons Act 2019, which will set out our overall assessment of the costs and impacts associated with the measures the Act contains.
