The Forestry Commission’s internal report on its investigation into whether or not trees in Sheffield have been felled without a licence when a licence would have been required under section 9 of the Forestry Act 1967 (as amended) is nearing completion and will be published by the Forestry Commission, as the regulatory authority, as soon as due process allows.
