Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, when her Department plans to provide data to the Hertfordshire Strategic Migration Steering Group on arrivals to Hertfordshire through the Ukraine Family Visa Scheme.

The Ukraine Family Scheme is for Ukrainian nationals who have family members in the UK and wish to join them here. Whilst there is an expectation customers will be looked after by their family sponsor, there is no requirement in the scheme for the sponsor to accommodate and support their family member once in the UK.

The Home Office does not collect data on where Ukraine nationals will be living, therefore it cannot provide specific data on arrivals under the Ukraine Family Scheme to Hertfordshire.
