Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, pursuant to the answer of 28 August 2026, to Question 16927, on European IDAHOT+ Forum: Finance, in what way are the grants being allocated; and whether there is a bidding or application process for the grants from the £21 million of funding.

This funding will support civil society organisations around the world to address the root causes of violence, persecution and exclusion faced by LGBT+ people globally. It represents a continuation into FY2028-2029 of the ongoing LGBT+ Rights Programme and existing implementing partners are expected to remain the key beneficiaries.
