To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to the answer of 5 February 2026 to Question 109179, and of 21 January 2026, to Question 105241, on Public Sector: Reform, for what reason publishing the key performance indicators for the Test, Learn & Grow programme, further to the Statements of Work agreed under the contract, are commercially confidential.
