To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, with reference to page 102 of the Environment Agency's Annual Report and Accounts 2025/6, if she will provide a breakdown of the £218.4m spent by the Environment Agency in Hired and Contracted Services in 2025/6.
