Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what steps is she taking to respond to the requests of the Patient Safety Commissioner about [i] the DHASC's engagement with the Hughes Report [ii] the action of the DHASC to consider policy decisions, costs and feasibility, and [iii] the plans of the DHASC about redress and to respond to the Hughes Report's recommendations.
