The Government takes funding for homelessness very seriously. The Review of Relative Needs and Resources will take into account the relative needs and resources of all local authorities, as well as the different costs of delivering services in each area.

The Review will result in a more robust funding formula for local authorities for services delivered through the annual local government finance settlement, reflecting current need and using the most up-to-date available data.
