The Health and Care Bill delivers on the National Health Service’s own proposals for reform in the NHS Long Term Plan. The Bill has been designed with and for the NHS and its partners and builds on improvements it has already made by the NHS. The NHS are ready for the legislative changes set out in the Bill and we have worked closely with them to ensure that the Bill’s implementation will support the NHS to better meet the needs of patients.
