Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many and what proportion of disability living allowance claimants have (a) appealed and (b) successfully appealed a negative decision on their personal independence payment application.

Data on the number and proportion of DLA reassessment claimants who have (a) appealed and (b) successfully appealed a negative decision on their Personal Independence Payment application is not available.
