Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to the answer of 28 August 2026, to Question 18037, on Civil Service: Trade Unions, whether her Department has a policy on the level of trade union (a) membership and (b) recognition within the Civil Service.

The Cabinet Office does not have a policy on the level of trade union membership within the Cabinet Office, nor the level of trade union recognition within the Cabinet Office.
