To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to the answer of 3 September 2026, to Question 19034, on Minister’s Private Offices, whether the quarterly reviews of the record management policy compliance in relation to the Prime Minister’s Office, since the resignation of Lord Mandelson, have recommended any changes to procedures and processes on the retention of documents, and the recording of decision-making.

The quarterly reviews of policy compliance confirm that the procedures and processes for record keeping in the Cabinet Office are robust.
