Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 22 May 2026 to Question 383, whether her Department intends to publish the recommendations and options review for the Northern Powerhouse Rail station choice at Manchester Piccadilly once the joint team concludes its work this autumn.

City mayors and ministers will consider the recommendations arising from the review. Decisions on publication will be taken in due course.
