Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, by what mechanisms he is evaluating the impact of out of home calorie labelling regulations (a) across the population and (b) on people with eating disorders; and if he will make a statement.

We continue to evaluate the impact of the out of home calorie labelling Regulations, including on people living with eating disorders. We will publish a post-implementation review, which will consider the implementation and effectiveness of the policy.
