Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to the answer of 15 April 2026, to Question HL16072, on Chris Wormald, if he will name the individual or individuals who gave the necessary approvals for the exit payments to (a) Chris Wormald and (b) Simon Case.

As set out in earlier answers, the necessary approvals were given for payments made to Sir Chris Wormald and Lord Case, as set out in the Guidance on Public Sector Exit Payments.
