To ask the Minister for Women and Equalities, what discussions her Department has has with the Equality and Human Rights Commission on the exemptions from equality legislation applied to the (a) Church in England, (b) Church in Wales and (c) Church of Scotland.

The Government Equalities Office has not had any recent discussions with the Equality and Human Rights Commission about this issue.
