Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, whether a determination has been made of the split between the MOD and FCDO of the cost of the 99 year Chagos Treaty obligations.

No payments are due under the terms of the UK-Mauritius agreement until the Treaty has been ratified.
