Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether he plans to extend Energy Performance Certificates to include information on the health and safety of properties.

There are currently no plans to extend the scope of Energy Performance Certificates for buildings to include information about the health or safety of buildings.
