To ask the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, pursuant to the answer of 8 September 2026 to question 21928, entitled Software, what assessment she has made of the potential merits of updating the Be Open and use open source guidance, last updated 5.5 years ago.

GDS continuously reviews published digital and technology guidance, in recognition of the fast-moving environment in which we operate in.
