To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 7 September 2026 to Question 23377 on National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority, what was the outcome of the Programme Assessment Review of the Future Asylum Contracts Transformation Tranche 1 Outline Business Case.

The Programme Assessment Review of the Future Asylum Contracts Transformation Tranche 1 Outline Business Case returned an Amber Delivery Confidence Assessment. An Amber NISTA Delivery Confidence Assessment means that successful delivery of the programme to time, cost and quality appears feasible at this stage.
