Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, if he will publish guidance his Department issued to Northamptonshire Police on the treatment of Anne Sacoolas after the death of Harry Dunn.

The FCO did not issue formal guidance on the treatment of the individual concerned to Northamptonshire Police. However, the FCO did inform the police of her immunity status. As I explained to the House on 21 October, throughout we have liaised with the police to clear away obstacles to justice being done, and we will continue to do all we can to support the police and the Crown Prosecution Service.
