Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many fines have been issued by NHS England to private companies that run contracted services for the NHS as a result of (a) not complying with a contractual agreement and (b) services falling below the standard required in each of the last five years.

Neither the Department nor NHS England holds information on the number of ‘fines’ that have been issued by NHS England to private companies that run contracted services.
