Employment: Disability

Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what criteria her Department uses to assign Disability Employment Advisor Leaders to locations throughout the UK.
Each area receives an appropriate allocation of DEA’s and DEAL’s based on its size and claimant caseload. As at the end of August 2019 the Department has 104.29 full time equivalent (FTE) Disability Employment Adviser Leaders in place across the Jobcentre Network.
The following table provides a breakdown of the number of FTE DEAL’s allocated by area as at the end of August 2019.
