Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what steps his Department is taking to ensure that patients who do not have access to the NHS app are able to have the same access to NHS services as those with the app.

The free NHS App is available for people who are registered with a general practitioner in England and can also be accessed via NHS.UK. These services are also available via NHS 111, NHS 119 for COVID-19 support services and direct calls to local services and face to face appointments.
