Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, with reference to her Department's news story entitled Education to play a vital role in building belonging in divided communities, published on 9 September 2026, what metrics will be used to assess the effectiveness of the proposed framework.

The Community Cohesion Framework is currently being developed. The framework and accompanying toolkit will support providers in establishing approaches to monitor and evaluate what works well. Further details on evaluation arrangements, including how the framework's impact will be assessed, will be set out as the development of the framework progresses.
