Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, when he plans to answer Question 287463 tabled on 5 September 2019 by the hon. Member for Halton.

NHS England advise that they do not expect the total funding for Halton and Warrington clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) to change if the two organisations are merged.

The CCG allocations for 2019/20 to 2021/22 were set on a firm basis, with the final two years being indicative. NHS England reserves the right to reopen allocations in some circumstances.
