Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the answer of 8 September 2026 to question 22853 on Ajax Vehicles: Safety, what the outstanding Ajax-specific recommendations are that require completion.

All recommendations from the Ajax Safety Investigation Team report are actively being progressed, with significant progress made to date. The remaining Ajax-specific recommendations relate principally to equipment management and maintenance, training and user support, hearing protection and communications systems, environmental control systems, human factors and quality processes. The resolution of some recommendations remains dependent on activity being delivered through wider Defence programmes.

I will continue to keep the House informed about developments with Ajax, as I have done since Exercise Titan Storm via Written Ministerial Statement.
