Housing: Insulation

Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what estimate he has made of the number of homes in England that have been valued at £0 because surveyors could not be sure that the cladding and insulation on the buildings were not flammable.
