Where a proposed response involves the disclosure of information, it may be referred for further review. Decisions on whether additional review is required are made on a case-by-case basis, taking account of the particular circumstances of the request and the information proposed for disclosure. Responses that do not disclose information will not routinely require the same level of review, although individual cases may still be considered for review where appropriate.
