Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many parental order applications in each of the last 10 years involved payments to a surrogate which exceeded what the court considered to be reasonable expenses, and in how many such cases the additional payments were authorised retrospectively.

The information requested could only be obtained at disproportionate cost.
