Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, what estimate he has made of the average sale price per property of houses to be sold under the proposed extension of the right to buy scheme for housing association tenants.

The development of the policy is ongoing, and details will be set out in the impact assessment when the Housing Bill is published.
