To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what responsibility the Public Control taskforce will have for housing policy.

The Prime Minister has established the Public Control Taskforce within the Office for the Prime Minister and Cabinet to rewire the state, ensuring everyday essentials – including housing – are delivered in a way which benefits the British public.
The Taskforce will work closely with departments and local government to explore opportunities for where greater public control can improve accountability, bring down costs, and attract more sustained investment.
