Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, with reference to the FCDO Strategic Priority on global health security, what assessment he has made on the effectiveness of UNAIDS in ensuring a whole of society approach to ending AIDS by 2030.

The UK remains committed to addressing HIV and AIDS through our commitments to the Global Fund for AIDS, TB and malaria and our work in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). We remain committed to a strong UNAIDS and we are fully engaged in the UNAIDS Programme Coordinating Board.
