Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what proportion of the population have been diagnosed with a mental health condition (a) in total and (b) in Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities in the latest period for which figures are available.

The information is not held in the format requested. However, approximately 5% of the population in England were in contact with National Health Service-funded secondary mental health, learning disabilities and autism services in 2020/21.
