The Sanitary and Phytosanitary Agreement is still being negotiated and the final list of legislation in scope remains subject to negotiations. This Government has begun publishing sector-specific information to help businesses prepare. The agreement will make agri-food trade with the EU cheaper and easier, cutting costs and removing barriers for British producers.
