Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the answer of 28 August 2026 to Question 17510 on Department for Transport: Public Relations, if she will publish the (a) Scope of Work document and (b) project specification for the National Highways public affairs contract.
