Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, what steps he is taking to ensure publicans are made aware of the rights and responsibilities outlined in the Pubs Code, which is due to be published in May 2016.

The Adjudicator will issue guidance on the Pubs Code. Section 61 of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 provides details of the guidance the Adjudicator must and may publish regarding the Pubs Code.
