Alcoholic Drinks: Excise Duties

Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, if he will estimate the proportion of total duty paid on alcohol in the EU that is paid by people in the UK.
This question was answered on 17th March 2016
HM Treasury has made no such estimate.
