My officials have had communications regarding potential workplace parking levies with Birmingham City Council; Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council; Bristol City Council; Leeds City Council; and Oxfordshire County Council.

The introduction of a workplace parking levy is a matter for the local traffic authority. None of these authorities have sought confirmation of a workplace parking levy scheme from the Secretary of State, as required under the Transport Act 2000.
