The Home Office does not hold the information requested.

The Home Office collects and publishes data on the number of stop and searches that resulted in an offensive weapon or firearm being found in each Police Force Area, as part of the annual Stop and search, arrests and mental health detentions’ statistical publication.

The latest data, covering the period up to the end of March 2024, can be found in table SS_45:

However, this dataset only covers weapons found through stop and search, so should not be used to infer the total number of weapons seized by the Metropolitan Police.
