Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 6 February 2025 to Question 27855, when the consultation for a reformed decent homes standard will be published and; what its scope will be.

The government will bring forward a consultation this year on a reformed Decent Homes Standard for the social and private rented sectors.
