Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how much will be saved by the Army in in-year reductions in 2026-27.

As part of routine in-year financial management, the Ministry of Defence continues to allocate resources effectively to meet departmental and operational priorities.

Due to the changing nature of these demands and the need to operate flexibly, the Department does not routinely release these figures into the public domain.
