Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the answer of 14 September 2026 to question 22985 on Ministry of Defence: Secondment, by when will the Department have finalised the resources and arrangements required to implement the delivery plan and by when will it be delivered.

As previously stated to the Hon. Gentleman, the Department continues to consider the resources and arrangements required to implement the delivery plan for agile placements and secondments with Defence partners and industry. It is therefore not possible to provide a firm timetable at this stage. In the meantime, existing policy and mechanisms continue to support secondments and placements both into and out of Defence.
