Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what assessment he has made of the potential merits of the Climate Change Committee's recommendation that no airport expansions should proceed until a UK-wide capacity management framework is in place as set out in their Progress Report to Parliament, published 28 June 2023.
