Question to the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade, what plans he has to make primary legislation on (a) trade union law or (b) employment rights; and whether his Department has received representations from the TUC on this matter.

The TUC are important partners in the delivery of our Plan to Make Work Pay. My officials and I regularly meet with their representatives on a wide range of matters. Any further primary legislation would be announced to Parliament in the usual way.
