Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the answer of 14 September 2026 to question 28485 on Visas: Armed Forces, what assessment his Department made of the feasibility of implementing New Clause 4 at Report Stage of the Armed Forces Bill.

At Report Stage on 20 October 2026, the Government reiterated its commitment to delivering the manifesto pledge and will bring forward an amendment at Third Reading to deliver a visa fee waiver.
