The safety of British nationals overseas is a priority for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). We continue to advise against all travel to Yemen due to the ongoing conflict and security threats, including those posed by Houthi activity and condemn the attacks and escalation by the Houthis. Following recent attacks in Saudi Arabia, we have updated our Travel Advice to advise against all but essential travel to Jeddah, Dammam and all Saudi airports except Medina International Airport. We keep our Travel Advice under constant review and urge British nationals to follow it closely.
