To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, pursuant to the Answer of 2 July 2026 to Question 13144 on Forestry Commission: Appeals, how many current panel members are former employees of the Forestry Commission.

4 of the 22 members of the Panel for the Formation of Reference Committees are former employees of the Forestry Commission, including individuals who worked for Forestry Commission Wales before 2013 and Forestry Commission Scotland before 1^st April 2019.
