Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, with reference to the Compass asylum accommodation contract, in 2015-16 and 2016-17, if she will publish a copy of the health and safety plan provided by the contractor.

In accordance with the contract and as part of the regular governance arrangements, the Health & Safety Plans submitted by each of the asylum accommodation providers are reviewed regularly including the arrangements for annual safety audits. The Home Office has no plans to publish these documents or the subsequent reviews.
