Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the answer of 8 September 2026 to question 23359 on Armed Forces: Recruitment, by when he plans to have established and implemented a) strategic and operational dashboards, b) consistent performance measures and c) role-based reporting.

Strategic and operational reporting arrangements for the Armed Forces Recruiting Service (AFRS) will be in place from 1 April 2027. This will include operational dashboards and performance measurement, with role-based reporting instituted once six months of AFRS data has been collected.
